Notice of Intent

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with LSG Educational Services under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

BIE Pueblo Pintado Community School has a requirement for LSG Educational Services to provide Speech Language Pathologist (SLP); Occupational Therapist (OT); Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA); Physical Therapist (PT); Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Diagnostic or Diagnostician/Psychologist (Diag/Psych). The anticipated delivery date will be August 14, 2029. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 621340.
