## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with LSG Educational Services under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

BIE Pueblo Pintado Community School has a requirement for LSG Educational Services to provide Speech Language Pathologist (SLP); Occupational Therapist (OT); Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA); Physical Therapist (PT); Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Diagnostic or Diagnostician/Psychologist (Diag/Psych).
