NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Smith Bagley, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Emergency request to install a server in the IT Department room to operate the school intercom, the server is essential in order for the school intercom system to operate.

The efficient and reliable intercom system is crucial for schools, serving both daily communication needs and emergency calls and or crisis situations. The anticipated delivery is June 30, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541512.
