The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC) – Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD) – Strategic Sourcing Directorate (SSD), intends to acquire Parts to support the CECOM Mast Group, Hydraulic-Pneumatic OA-9054(V)4/G (AMG).

Requirements Description: The Antenna Mast Group (AMG) elevates communication antennas in the field. This is a Market Survey to locate sources for the selected parts which have been identified for maintenance and sustainment purposes. The Government does possess the technical data package (TDP) for the parts. The TDP is available for release. The TDP includes level 3. production information. This is a follow-on acquisition. 80063 Requested Response Information: We request that sources who can manufacture and supply the listed parts or services to submit information to show their capability and qualifications. At a minimum the support information you submit should include the Questionnaire. The following additional types of documentation should be submitted if applicable: drawings, test results, previous contract information. Configuration drawings are available upon request.

Detailed technical data for the manufacture of these units is also available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate, by writing via email to patrick.e.kiley2.civ@army.mil. The response must include production lead time, production capacity by month, minimum quantity required, surge capacity, number of years part will be available, ranges for price breaks if applicable or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply, and delivery of the parts.

Successful suppliers may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. The information gathered from this announcement will be used to determine if responsible sources exist, and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or set aside for Small Business. Furthermore, the Government will use the information, in part, to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential procurement action and/or to assist in making acquisition strategy decisions in the future.
