DOEE Cost Recovery Payment

This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. This is a synopsis. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a purchase order to make a payment to the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) to satisfy the invoice sent for DOEE overseeing the remedial action work conducted by the BEP. This acquisition will be issued sole source to Department of Energy and Environment (CAGE Code: 4M0K3).

The proposed delivery date is no later than 5 April 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 924110 Administration of Air and Water Resource and Solid Waste Management Programs. IAW Brownfield Act D.C. Code § 8-632.01(b). The Land Remediation and Development Branch (LRDB) of DOEE issued an Administrative Order (AO) to the Department of Treasury to conduct remedial action to address the releases of the hazardous substances at the Site. Authority for requirements is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. The proposed award date is 6 March 2025.
