The Land Remediation and Development Branch (LRDB) of DOEE issued an Administrative Order (AO) to the Department of Treasury to conduct remedial action to address the releases of the hazardous substances at the Site. Authority for requirements is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source.
