It offers integrated stakeholder engagement tools, including contact management, outreach tracking, and grassroots advocacy, which are essential for effective legislative affairs operations. Additionally, Quorum's customizable and collaborative dashboards facilitate team-wide monitoring, visualization, and coordination, allowing for seamless sharing of dashboards, notes, and reports across teams.

Regulatory Authority: This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by October 8th, 2025, will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
