USSF Service Dress Fabric

This posting is to provide notice of contract award for the United States Space Force (USSF) Service Dress Fabric Contract. This contract action was not awarded competitively IAW FAR 6.302-1 – 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Burlington Industries LLC is the only company that can satisfy the USSF fabric requirement and remain Berry Amendment compliant.

The fabric provided by Burlington Industries LLC is the only feasible fabric capable of meeting all of the Government's requirements, to include the production schedule as currently planned, within USAF and USSF program objectives. Award to any other source would result in an unacceptable delay, where Burlington’s fabric does not require any additional development to meet the Government's requirements.
