Description
As published on SAM.gov.
The Federal Aviation Administration intends to award a single source contract to Goldratt Consulting LLC. This effort is for specialized consulting services using the Theory of Constraints (TOC), a proven methodology for identifying and resolving bottlenecks in complex operational systems. This engagement will support the FAA’s efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its air traffic operations and internal program management.
Services to be provided include in-depth diagnostic analysis, TOC-based process improvement workshops, customized training for FAA personnel, and implementation support tailored to the agency’s regulatory and operational environment.
