The Goldratt Group is uniquely qualified to deliver these services due to its demonstrated success in the aviation industry as well as direct lineage to Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt, the founder of the Theory of Constraints and author of The Goal. The firm holds exclusive rights to proprietary TOC methodologies, including advanced Thinking Process Tools, TOC for Government frameworks, and customized performance optimization models specifically designed for high-stakes, government-regulated environments like aviation. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System, AMS 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform the industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA.
