Notice of Award

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A COMPETITIVE REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation (Udall Foundation), 434 E. University Blvd #300, Tucson, AZ, intends to issue a Sole Source award to First Digital Telecom, LLC, a small business, for a reliable, high-speed, and scalable fiber optic cable internet connection for the Udall Foundation Headquarters.

The Udall Foundation intends to procure high-speed, scalable, fiber optic cable internet services from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 517111 with a Small Business Size Standard 1,500 employees. This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available with this notice.

Harrison at harrison@udall.gov for more information regarding the requirement or specifications. Any determination based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for support of the Government's determination to support a non-competitive strategy.
