## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A COMPETITIVE REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation (Udall Foundation), 434 E. University Blvd #300, Tucson, AZ, intends to issue a Sole Source award to First Digital Telecom, LLC, a small business, for a reliable, high-speed, and scalable fiber optic cable internet connection for the Udall Foundation Headquarters.

The Udall Foundation intends to procure high-speed, scalable, fiber optic cable internet services from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 517111 with a Small Business Size Standard 1,500 employees. This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available with this notice.

Any firm that believes it has the capabilities to provide the fiber optic internet services defined above may contact the Contract Specialist, Crystal Janes at janes@udall.gov or the Contracting Officer, Terri L. Harrison at harrison@udall.gov for more information regarding the requirement or specifications. Any determination based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for support of the Government's determination to support a non-competitive strategy.
