Statement of Work (SOW) Summary The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the testing and maintenance of facility generators. Technical Approach: A detailed description of your approach to a successful testing and maintenance plan.

Experience & Past Performance: References for 3 to 5 contracts of similar size and nature performed within the last ten (10) years.

Note: Failure to provide these references will result in a non-responsive proposal.

Financial Proposal: Pricing for quarterly maintenance and load testing per generator. Include a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) spreadsheet with: Repair Hourly Rates (Normal and After-Hours). Percentage Markup for cost-on-repair components. Material Mark-up. Evaluation & Award Factors The USHMM will make a single award to the responsible Offeror whose offer is determined to be the Best Value to the Government. Evaluation criteria are:
