This contract has been issued as a firm-fixed-price, sole source action via the 8(a) program. To purpose of the contract is to transform the existing kitchen space at Los Alamos into an attractive, functional, and modern area. Enhance functionality: Create a more efficient and user-friendly kitchen layout that allows for staff ease of movement when storing and heating items for lunch and potluck lunches. Maximize seating in the kitchen, which is also used as a breakroom.

Upgrade appliances and fixtures: Replace all appliances with energy-efficient, high-quality alternatives that not only enhance the kitchen’s aesthetics but also improve performance and reduce energy consumption. Enhance aesthetics: Repaint the walls with Field Office identified colors and new cabinets and flooring.
