QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

  1. Would you be able to provide any pictures of the cart / rotating mechanism that you’d like for this oven? We provide this type of features but I want to match as close as you have right now, if possible.- We do not currently have a cart. The cart will need to accommodate a mandrel/shaft assembly that spans the full length of the oven and be designed to match the height of the rotating chuck. The rotation mechanism consists of a chuck capable of accommodating a steel shaft up to 3 inches in diameter.
  2. What are the facilities restrictions on shipping / aisleways etc. I am anticipating that we need to have a split line down the center?- The only size constraints are the dimensions of the roll-up doors. As long as the cart’s footprint remains smaller than the desired full-length width and height of the outer mold line, it should fit through the doors without issue.
  3. Are there any preferred brands on this for motors, vacuum components, bearings, etc.- We do not have a preferred motor vendor. For vacuum-related components, we commonly procure them through Coastline International.
