QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

Would you be able to provide any pictures of the cart / rotating mechanism that you’d like for this oven? We provide this type of features but I want to match as close as you have right now, if possible.- We do not currently have a cart. The cart will need to accommodate a mandrel/shaft assembly that spans the full length of the oven and be designed to match the height of the rotating chuck. The rotation mechanism consists of a chuck capable of accommodating a steel shaft up to 3 inches in diameter.

What are the facilities restrictions on shipping / aisleways etc. I am anticipating that we need to have a split line down the center?- The only size constraints are the dimensions of the roll-up doors. As long as the cart’s footprint remains smaller than the desired full-length width and height of the outer mold line, it should fit through the doors without issue.

Are there any preferred brands on this for motors, vacuum components, bearings, etc.- We do not have a preferred motor vendor. For vacuum-related components, we commonly procure them through Coastline International.
