75N97024Q00044 Purpose: It is the Intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM) on behalf of the Center for Information Technology (CIT) to procure services for the SPOK system upgrades for the SPOK call management system in the NIH Clinical Center. In accordance with FAR Part 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules, this notice of intent is to award on a sole source basis to SPOK Inc., via solicitation No. 75N97024Q00044. This is not a notice of a competitive solicitation.
