Amendment 1 - Proposal due date has been changed to 8/28/2026 at 3pm EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement is the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separately written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ# 7571PS26Q00090 is hereby issued for Event Planner Services for Health Promotion & Wellness Conference for Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS).

The service is to provide professional event planning and logistical support services to coordinate and execute Health Promotion & Wellness Conference serving the Navajo Area. This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) Set-Aside concerns.The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
