Facility Engineering and Preventative Maintenance: Include cost modeling for engineering services and routine preventative maintenance tasks.
Square Footage Models: Allow for estimation based on square footage of facility types, accommodating diverse building structures.
Lifecycle Costing: Provide lifecycle cost analysis for major systems and components.
