## Description

This is Amendment 0001 to attach responses to Request For Information (RFIs). The contractor shall provide a web based estimating software platform that accommodates licenses on a yearly basis that meets the following requirements:

**Core Functionalities:**

**Facility Repairs and Maintenance Cost Estimates:** Enable detailed cost breakdowns for a range of facility repairs and maintenance activities.

**Facility Engineering and Preventative Maintenance:** Include cost modeling for engineering services and routine preventative maintenance tasks.

**Square Footage Models:** Allow for estimation based on square footage of facility types, accommodating diverse building structures.

**Lifecycle Costing:** Provide lifecycle cost analysis for major systems and components.
