AMENDMENT 0001 -- Amendment 0001 amends the solicitation as followed: 1. HSAR 3052.223-70 has been moved to Section H, FAR 52.244-6, FAR 52.203-17, FAR 52.219-14 have been updated and/or replaced, and FAR 52.204-26 has been added in Section K. USCG CEU PROVIDENCE Solicitation No. 70Z0G124BSLIS0082 DREDGE BOAT BASIN AT USCG STATION NEW HAVEN, NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT , PSN 10612900 Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform maintenance dredging of the USCG Station New Haven Boat Basin.

The dredge quantity is estimated to be approximately 7,500 CY. Dredging shall be performed by mechanical means to the horizontal and vertical limits shown on the Drawings. Disposal of the dredge material shall be off-site at an upland disposal facility in accordance with the State and Federal Permits (Appendix A). The Contractor is responsible for identifying and retaining a disposal facility to accept the dredge sediment.

ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE PROJECT: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

The performance period is estimated to be 140 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed for the Base Item. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
