Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition USCG Region 7 Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract

In accordance with the exception under FAR 5.202(a)(ll), this is a JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION prepared by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard {USCG), Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center, Construction Contracting Division (SILC CON). SILC CON has placed temporary, not to exceed, two year Bridge contracts for eligible incumbent Small Businesses Regional Mutliple Award Construction Contract (RMACC II) IDIQ Contract holders.
