SOLICITATION 70Z03024QCLEV0044 - U.S. COAST GUARD STATION NIAGARA FLOORING ASBESTOS ABATEMENT PROJECT In accordance with industry standards, code, and best practice, the contractor will remove interferences and remove the existing flooring. Repair and/or replace damaged subfloor as necessary. Install new ceramic tiles or natural stone tiles in galley. Reinstall interferences. Clean up debris and return the space to a usable condition.

Note: The Contractor will provide dumpster and remove all debris. All hazardous materials shall be disposed of IAW applicable federal, local, and state laws. Any interferences/obstructions will be removed and replaced to original condition including. Contractor will supply all necessary tools, equipment, and labor required to complete project.
