## Description

SOLICITATION 70Z03024QCLEV0044 - U.S. COAST GUARD STATION NIAGARA FLOORING ASBESTOS ABATEMENT PROJECT In accordance with industry standards, code, and best practice, the contractor will remove interferences and remove the existing flooring. Repair and/or replace damaged subfloor as necessary. Install new ceramic tiles or natural stone tiles in galley. Reinstall interferences. Clean up debris and return the space to a usable condition.

**Note:** The Contractor will provide dumpster and remove all debris. All hazardous materials shall be disposed of IAW applicable federal, local, and state laws. Any interferences/obstructions will be removed and replaced to original condition including. Contractor will supply all necessary tools, equipment, and labor required to complete project. Site visits are highly encouraged and recommended for the development of an accurate quote.
