The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to acquire DHS Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) Network, Cloud, and Cyber Services (NCCS) on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Headquarters, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Technology Operations in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
