DHS is issuing Amendment Two to Solicitation 70RTAC24R00000006 to remove all references to "Level of Safeguarding" and to clarify that Phase 1 submission is limited to 1 page per team member. DHS is issuing Amendment One to Solicitation 70RTAC24R00000006 to change the due date for Phase 2 proposals, answer vendor questions and update several attachments. The updated attachments are included in this posting with the date of 2-14-2024 and are outlined in the attached SF30.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to acquire DHS Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) Network, Cloud, and Cyber Services (NCCS) on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Headquarters, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Technology Operations in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
