Please see attached document containing the Government's responses to questions. There is NO CHANGE to the submission deadline. No further questions will be accepted.

Amendment A0001: The purpose of Amendment A0001 to RFP 70B06C26R00000117 is to extend the deadline for responses under this solicitation. The deadline for responses under this Amendment is JULY 8, 2026, at 10:00 am ET. There will be no further extensions unless it is determined by the CO to be in the Government’s best interest. There are no changes to the requirements of the SOW. The deadline for questions under this RFP has passed.

NO further questions will be accepted, not responded to unless it is determined to be in the Government’s best interest. All proposals must be submitted to the CO via email at Erin.Schwam@cbp.dhs.gov and time stamped and received prior to the deadline. Late responses will not be accepted. The Government is not responsible for delivery delays due to system security, so vendors are advised to submit responses with adequate time to ensure timely delivery.

The RFP A0001 documents are the prevailing documents and Quoters shall be responsible for reviewing the contents in their entirety, signing the SF30, and adhering to the requirements of the solicitation in their quotation. The signed A0001 SF30 shall be submitted with the response in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP.

Original RFP: Please see the attached Request for Proposal for CBP’s Lodging requirement. The Government has a requirement for a reservation block of rooms for the time period of July 11, 2026, through July 25, 2026, for lodging training attendees for the Office of International Affairs. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The RFP number is 70B06C26R00000117 and must be referenced on any documentation submitted to the Government.
