6HQOIG-25-A-0009 - United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General's IT Managed Service Desk Solution Requirement

The United States Postal Service (USPS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) intends to award a contract to a Supplier who will provide a managed Information Technology (IT) Service Desk solution. The IT Service Desk must serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all customer IT-related incidents and services requests.
