July 10, 2025 Update: SIR Amendment 0001 is issued which extends the proposal due date to August 15, 2025 by 3 p.m. Central Time. Note that only proposals submitted by contractors that attended the site visit on July 2, 2025 and signed in will be considered responsive. See the attachments for SIR Amendment 0001 titled "6973GH-25-R-00160 0001 FE." Please see the attached solicitation/SIR along with all 12 attachments.

THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS The Estimate Price Range: $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 --PLEASE SEE SITE VISIT INFO BELOW-- Prospective offerors are required to attend a MANDATORY pre-proposal conference/site visit to be held at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, July 2nd, 2025 via site visit at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. The conference will be held for the purpose of site investigation and permit general discussions regarding this Screening Information Request.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Proposals from offerors who did not attend the pre-proposal conference WILL NOT be considered for award. Offerors are allowed to send a maximum of TWO (2) individuals to represent their proposal (to include proposal team member, if applicable). Please advise the Contracting Officer, Neil Amaral, at neil.s.amaral@faa.gov in writing of your intent to attend by 3:00 p.m. Central Time, June 27th, 2025. Telephone requests will NOT count as notification of attendance.
