7.What is your proposed process for monitoring retrieval of clean laundry by students? 8.At what point in the process do you first record the receipt of a bag? 9.What is your procedure for handling customer complaints of missing items and/or bags? 10.Do you suggest any existing Federal Government contract vehicle to issue a Task order? 11.NAICS code for this action is 812320 – Dry cleaning and Laundry Services (Except Coin-Operated)$5.50.
