Off Campus Laundry Services. Request for Information Market research purposes only . Maritime Administration (MARAD)’s request for information (RFI) is for the Off-campus laundry support services in accordance with the Statement of Work attached. This RFI is for market research purposes only to find sources who could meet our requirement.

All interested vendors are requested to provide their capability statements and respond to the following questions: 1.Provide complete name, address, POC name and phone and email, indicate large or smallbusiness under which NAICS code to meet this need. 2.How many commercial customers do you have? 3.What is the largest customer (number of people or pounds per week)? 4.How many employees to you have? 5.What is your distance (miles) from your facility to the Academy? 6.What is the average drive time (minutes)?

7.What is your proposed process for monitoring retrieval of clean laundry by students? 8.At what point in the process do you first record the receipt of a bag? 9.What is your procedure for handling customer complaints of missing items and/or bags? 10.Do you suggest any existing Federal Government contract vehicle to issue a Task order? 11.NAICS code for this action is 812320 – Dry cleaning and Laundry Services (Except Coin-Operated)$5.50. You may suggest any other NAICS code you think best fits this requirement. It is theresponsibility of the Government to make the determination. 12.Any suggested estimated cost for this action?
