USCG ATC MOBILE PROJECTOR REPAIR Feb

Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The United States Coast Guard Training Center Mobile intends to award a sole source purchase order. This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement.

This purchase order is intended to be awarded as a sole source procurement to Rockwell Collins Simulation & Training Solutions, LLC for Projector Repair Service Refer to the attached Statement of Work for complete requirement details. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.

Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 27 Feb 2024 11:00 EST. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to John H. Caicedo. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
