Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 27 Feb 2024 11:00 EST. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to John H.
