Content Management Support Services

To provide content/information management governance and automation support for DISA as an end-user of DoD365-J. The objective of this requirement is to obtain technical guidance and subject matter expertise that will enable DISA to maintain a consistent and efficient collaboration environment by developing of effective content management processes and guidance.

Additionally, the contractor will provide training, analysis/troubleshooting, and develop automation services solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and increase efficiency within the workforce. The contract structure for this requirement for this requirement is firm-fixed price. The place of performance will be primarily performed off-site at the Contractor's facility or at an alternative work site. The Contractor shall support DoD365-J training at the Government’s facilities on a monthly basis and all classified work shall only be performed at Government facilities
