Notice of Intent to Sole Source - BCMS Services

Notice of Intent for Award: 898 MUNS/MXWF is in need of maintenance and sustainment services for the Blast Containment Management System at Kirtland AFB. 377 MSG/PKA anticipates conducting a sole source acquisition for this effort. The effort is expected to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The PSC Code 7E20 and the NAICS code is anticipated to be 238990, size standard is $19,000,000.00. I&C Solutions LLC is the only capable vendor that can meet the needs of this requirement.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

However, all interested parties who believe they can fully meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.

Responses shall include company name, address, CAGE code, point of contact with email address and telephone number, and indicate business size (small business, small, disadvantaged business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business, woman-owned small business, or HUBZone) using NAICS 238990, size standard is $19,000,000.00.

The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside for any subsequent acquisition based upon responses to this notice. Small business respondents should provide a statement of capabilities to assist the Air Force in making a set-aside decision.
