The effort is expected to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The PSC Code 7E20 and the NAICS code is anticipated to be 238990, size standard is $19,000,000.00. I&C Solutions LLC is the only capable vendor that can meet the needs of this requirement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
