Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will represent the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government.

Evaluations will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 15 based on:

  1. Technical Acceptability: Demonstrated ability to fulfill all technical requirements and compliance with contract specifications.

  2. Past Performance: Verification of relevant, satisfactory performance on similar marine maintenance/repair projects.

  3. Price: Evaluated total proposed fixed price for reasonableness and completeness.
