Carahsoft Technology Corp. – Vintra FulcrumAI NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Investigation (CI) intends to award a sole source contract to Carahsoft Technology Corp. (Vintra FulcrumAI Software), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The contractor shall provide licenses/subscriptions for the Vintra FulcrumAI Software for a one base year base period.

Carahsoft Technology Corp. is the sole provider of the Vintra FulcrumAI software subscriptions and license for legal use of this product can only be obtained through Carahsoft Technology Corp. and there are no authorized resellers.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer via email at Tiffany.M.Champion@irs.gov and JW.R.Terry@irs.gov, no later than 12:00 PM (eastern) 30 August 2024. Only emailed responses will be considered.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.

No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
