Carahsoft Technology Corp. is the sole provider of the Vintra FulcrumAI software subscriptions and license for legal use of this product can only be obtained through Carahsoft Technology Corp. and there are no authorized resellers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer via email at Tiffany.M.Champion@irs.gov and JW.R.Terry@irs.gov, no later than 12:00 PM (eastern) 30 August 2024. Only emailed responses will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.
