Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Date 9/12/2024 The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Midstates Procurement Section, hereby gives notice of its intent to issue a Sole Source award in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire one hundred (100) 12-month ICA Compliance Week memberships inclusive of the Certified Financial Crime Investigator Course. This is not a request for competitive proposals.

Potential sources who believe they can provide the service above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to louis.c.browniii@irs.gov no later than 3:00 PM EST September 17, 2024. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining elgilibility. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
