## Description

Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Date 9/12/2024 The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Midstates Procurement Section, hereby gives notice of its intent to issue a Sole Source award in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire one hundred (100) 12-month ICA Compliance Week memberships inclusive of the Certified Financial Crime Investigator Course. This is not a request for competitive proposals.

Potential sources who believe they can provide the service above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to louis.c.browniii@irs.gov no later than 3:00 PM EST September 17, 2024. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining elgilibility. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice.
