Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source for cyberFEDS with eLearning Licenses

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE ORDER The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Midstate’s Procurement Branch, intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to LRP Publications, Inc. loca at 360 Hiatt Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33418 USA, for subscription of cyberFEDS online platform enhanced with CI eLearning licenses. The IRS has a requirement for LRP Publications’ Web-Based Research Database Subscription, which supports the agency’s initiatives in Workers’ Compensation, and Labor/Employee Relations.

CyberFEDS online platform enhanced with CI eLearning licenses will provide access to a comprehensive suite of online resources within the Federal Employment Data System, enabling in depth research and up-to-date information for carrying out the agency’s duties in these critical areas. The proposed procurement is made under the authority granted under FAR 13.106-1(b) Brand Name Sole Source Justification for purchases exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. This is not a request for competitive proposals.

Potential sources who believe they can provide the service listed above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to rownak.b.iqbal@irs.gov and cathy.s.collier@irs.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 519290. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. The Contractor is required to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that is not registered the System for Award Management. A statement of work (SOW) is attached to this notice.
