The IRS has a requirement for LRP Publications’ Web-Based Research Database Subscription, which supports the agency’s initiatives in Workers’ Compensation, and Labor/Employee Relations. CyberFEDS online platform enhanced with CI eLearning licenses will provide access to a comprehensive suite of online resources within the Federal Employment Data System, enabling in depth research and up-to-date information for carrying out the agency’s duties in these critical areas. The proposed procurement is made under the authority granted under FAR 13.106-1(b) Brand Name Sole Source Justification for purchases exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
