Notice of Intent to Sole Source the National Radio Quiet Zone: Emergency/Broadband Telecommunications and Modernization Project 2

Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), The National Science Foundation (NSF), the Directorate for Mathematical and Physical Sciences, and the Astronomical Sciences Division negotiated a sole source purchase order with Roberson & Associates, LLC of Schaumburg, IL to provide engineering study services toward a long-term need to address improvement of communications in the National Radio Quiet Zone (NRQZ), while maintaining NRQZ-protected missions and equities Roberson & Associates, LLC is the only responsible source with a unique combination of characteristics essential for providing the requested services to meet the agency’s needs.
