49100424Q0074: 2024 NSF TIP All Hands Offsite Retreat The National Science Foundation (NSF) Technology, Innovation and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate intends to procure off-site conference meeting spaces and reservation block for up to 105 lodging rooms for the NSF TIP All Hands Offsite Retreat 2024. This annual gathering event provides an opportunity for employees to receive the latest updates on the vision and strategy for the Directorate as well as participate in team building exercises and action planning for the upcoming year.

The Retreat is taking place Aug. 27-28, 2024 in Adams County, PA. The site shall provide 105 rooms for lodging for 1 night, collocated, with 25 rooms available for 2 nights to accommodate for those traveling from out of the area, with event space for 105 participants for 2 days at the same location as the lodging rooms. In order to ensure maximum benefit from attendance, food and beverage shall be provided for 105 participants for 2 days at the same site as the event spaces.

Under the purchase order, the funding will cover the costs of reserving the meeting spaces, lodging reservation block, audiovisual equipment and support, and food and beverage. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).
