No commitment is being made to procure any of the services discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as a commitment or authorization to in incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and must be clearly marked. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. The objectives of this requirement are to provide preventative, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance services in support of DISA’s mission and current Building Automation System (BAS) Installation and Maintenence. In advancing DISA’s mission, new systems will be installed, current systems will be expanded, and maintained as facility infrastructure requirements change.

The BAS systems are to be connected to future infrastructure information technology tools (provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)) to assist DISA in its focus to provide managed, integrated, and reliable tools for data center management. Examples of the tools include Data Center Information Management (DCIM), and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
