Purpose The United States Coast Guard is seeking information from qualified lodging providers in or near King Salmon, Alaska, to accommodate 10-12 personnel for the period from approximately 08 June 2025 to 21 June 2025. This RFI is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to identify potential vendors capable of meeting these requirements.

2. Background The United States Coast Guard supports operations in Alaska's remote regions and requires temporary lodging for personnel conducting fieldwork in the King Salmon area. Due to the logistical challenges of operating in remote environments, we are seeking suitable accommodations to ensure personnel safety and mission readiness. 3. Information Requested Respondents are requested to provide detailed information on their lodging capabilities, including but not limited to:

Lodging Availability: Confirmation of availability for the dates specified (08 June 2025 to 21 June 2025). Number and type of rooms available (single occupancy, double occupancy, suites, etc.).

Facilities and Amenities: Description of facilities, including internet access, common areas, laundry services, and dining options (if available). Proximity to King Salmon Airport and local services.

Pricing: Estimated cost per night per room and any applicable taxes or fees. Group rates or discounts, if applicable.

Terms and Conditions: Cancellation policies, deposit requirements, and payment terms.

Compliance with Federal Requirements: Ability to accept government purchase cards or other federal payment methods. Any certifications or licenses required to operate in Alaska.

Additional Considerations: Availability of transportation services (if offered). Any unique features or benefits of your lodging that would support the mission. 4.
