The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract for the procurement of Siemens Luminos Agile Max XR3 repair to Siemens Medical Solutions Usa, Inc, 40 Liberty Blvd Malvern, PA 19355-1418. There are no other sources of supply/service that will satisfy agency requirements.
