Medtronic O-Arm Repair

SPECIAL NOTICE The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price, one year contract for repair services of Medtronic O-Arm Equipment at VA Palo Alto Healthcare System awarded to ACIST Medical Systems, Inc. as a sole source contract. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Medtronic, has only authorized ACIST Medical Systems, Inc. to provide repair services for O-Arm equipment. The government intends to award the contract on 03/24/2026 to ACIST Medical Systems, Inc., 7905 Fuller Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 SAM UEI:

This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. Respondents who submit proprietary data shall clearly mark the data with appropriate markings. The Government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this synopsis. This synopsis shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services.
