11.19.2025 Amendment 0002- CLIN part#s, Specifications, and Evaluation Criteria The purpose of this amendment is the following:

1. Update CLINS 0004 & 0005 with part numbers.

2. Update all CLINS to specify that line items proposed must be in accordance with line-item specifications.

3. Update technical evaluation factor to note that quote must specify the manufacturer and part number being offered.

4. Upload line-item specifications.

5. Extend submission date to Monday, November 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM PDT.
